Statements
In its statements, SCNAT provides assessments and recommendations on policy issues from a scientific perspective.
The SCNAT drafts statements on specific factual issues and on questions that concern the sciences as a whole. They clearly indicate when this concerns scientifically secured facts and where it acts as stakeholder of the Swiss science community. Since 2010, all statements are issued in the name of the association of the Swiss Academies of Arts and Sciences.
